In addition to the town of Alba and its characteristic historic centre, the local area is full of destinations envied the world over. The two largest are divided into the Barbaresco zone, including Neive and Treiso, and the Barolo zone, featuring Serralunga, La Morra, Monforte and Grinzane Cavour, these being the best known villages. Here it will be possible to enjoy the well-maintained nature of the region and experience Piedmont in its essence. Good wine and tradition are definitely on the agenda.

What not to miss? Barbaresco Tower and its fabulous view, Neive – listed among the ten most beautiful villages in Italy, the colourful Barolo Chapel painted by LeWitt and Tremlett in La Morra, and the Castle of Grinzane Cavour.

The UNESCO World Heritage hills offer breathtaking views: the neatness of the rows of vines, the colours of the grapes, the nuances of the land. The Langhe and Roero can be experienced in close contact with nature, with extensive availability of guided tours, tours by bike, segway, car and motorbike.
